ubuntu
PLACEHOLDER TEXT: ubuntu is a brand new, modern-natural, eco-community living space for short to long term living and home owners. Phase one offers 10 eco-villas, 4 hospitality businesses, and full community amenities for mindful living.
Located where the jungle meets the sea only 2 hours south of Nicaragua's capital city, Managua, and 10 minutes north of the countries most favorited, buzzing beach town, San Juan del Sur. It's a perfect location in Central America's safest and fasting growing coast.
Watch the sunset on the ocean every night while enjoying local-inspired cuisine at one of the multiple on-site, organic restaurants. Wake up to a sunrise swim, choose from a variety of activities including our on-site spa or movement shala, eco-tours, amphitheater, co-working space, farmers market, and community events.
It's a perfect place for short-term stays and long-term living. We're actively seeking investors in the project and individual villas and retail spaces. Contact us to learn more.
